Hello Glory Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personal nature of our beauty and skincare products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except where required by law or when we fail to provide an essential product feature or component as advertised.

Store Credit

Store credit may be issued for verified order discrepancies, including incorrect or missing items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're happy to help make it right!

To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

  4. Once approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If the original product is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate alternative resolution, such as store credit or a refund where required.

Please retain the damaged item and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

If irritation, redness, itching, burning, or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice. For severe reactions, seek immediate medical attention.

Hello Glory cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual or skin type. Personal sensitivities or allergic reactions do not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
