Hello Glory Shipping Policy
At Hello Glory, we're committed to making sure your order is carefully prepared, packaged, and delivered with care. We appreciate your patience and support as we launch our brand!
Order Processing & Fulfillment
During our initial launch, please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and fulfillment before your order ships.
Business days exclude weekends and major holidays.
Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier.
Shipping & Tracking
All Hello Glory orders will include a tracking number.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package from shipment to delivery.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to fulfill orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If an unexpected fulfillment delay occurs, we will make every effort to communicate updates.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you in investigating the issue.
